Learning about the runes had been on my mind a lot, but I never gave it much attention until a friend introduced me to their rune set and gave me a basic explanation and reading.
After that I felt intrigued enough to buy my own set and was immediately introduced to Logan’s course which is what I really wanted, so I wouldn’t go into using the runes blind, knowing any brief explanation online wouldn’t offer enough information either.
I feel that the runes coming into my life and the journey feels very intuitive and natural as if a path is being effortlessly laid out in front of me. I can’t say it will be that way for everyone, but I think once you know, there is a driving force behind that knowing.
Logan’s course is well thought out and paced in a way that leaves you with a thorough understanding. It is a lot of information, so be prepared to rewatch it as many times as you need, take notes, and pace yourself, like Logan mentions in the first video.
I can tell Logan has a deep understanding of the subject matter and he would have had to spend hours immersed in study to create a course so packed full of knowledge. I am grateful to have access to his insights as I step further into discovery.
For a long time I have explored different ideologies in search of something that resonated with me on a soul level. I was loosely raised as a Christian, but I never felt it brought any deep meaning to my life.
In my late twenties I explored some other religions, like Buddhism and New Age, and while both offered some good insights I constantly felt myself getting stuck or running into dead ends. Now that I have a better understanding of Paganism, its history, and the individualized practice of it, I feel it is what I have been searching for all along. I wouldn’t have realized this or been able to build this foundation without the help of this course.
When I first bought my set of runes, Thurisaz kept coming up for me, as well as Hagalaz and Ingwaz, so when Logan explained those specifically, it brought more clarity to my mind as to why they were so important for me right now, plus he explained how I can use them in practice which I had a vague understanding of before.
I also learned to have a lot of respect and caution going into working with the runes as well, and if you have decided to explore them more, you will feel their power and want to harness it to bring about positive change in your life rather than something destructive or negative.
Though some runes represent going through challenges, they don’t inherently represent pure negativity, but reinforce the idea that change, though sometimes turbulent and painful, is necessary for growth and healing which is what this whole journey is about for me, getting into the stuck places of my mind and changing my habits and mindset that make my life unfulfilling and stagnant.
Logan has helped clarify so much for me and made me realize how much depth the layered meanings of the runes contain. Also his advice on choosing and maintaining a rune set was extremely helpful.
His course has gotten me excited and hopeful to work with the runes and unlock their potential in my life. I do feel that anyone who goes through the course with purpose, determination, and care will receive endless value from it. If you are reading this review and are already here, then I think you made up your mind, so go for it.
Right now, I am looking forward to the release of part two!

I had never considered studying runes before, so this information was completely new to me. I sometimes struggle with courses where the presenter becomes repetitive or isn’t engaging enough to hold my attention, but Logan’s delivery is excellent. His enthusiasm and insight into the subject keep you engaged from beginning to end.
I’m fairly well-versed in many areas of esoteric and occult studies, yet I had no idea about the connections between runes, initiation, natural forces, and divination. As I began learning the meaning of the runes, I found myself naturally reflecting on different areas of my own life and where their lessons could apply.
After learning the first eight, I even practiced working with one of them in meditation. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the following day I noticed a real difference in what I had been trying to bring into my life.
Each group of eight runes has its own unique qualities, and Logan does an excellent job explaining the potential ways each rune can be used individually and in combination with others.

I particularly appreciate the applications of the Hermetica, including the 8th Principle, along with a rich overview of each Rune.
